"The small bone defect at the implant - GBR a MUST?"
In everyday simpler implantological procedures in the non-esthetic area (can also be in the maxillary anterior in older patients or with a deep smile line), a situation is often found where smaller areas of the implant surface are exposed after placing an implant. This may be in the form of dehiscences of a few millimeters or apical fenestrations.
There are various exciting issues, concepts, strategies and solution variants on how to deal with them.
We look forward to welcoming you in person.
